TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The payment of the deposit implies the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.
Safety Instructions
Participants agree to familiarize themselves with, approve, and respect the safety rules provided through the safety video and verified by the operators during the test course. Altus company cannot be held responsible for any harm caused to participants who fail to comply with the safety instructions. Users will ensure the proper installation and functionality of their personal protective equipment (harness, pulley, helmet). Participants must be equipped with appropriate sportswear (closed shoes are recommended).
Health and Hygiene
The site has dry toilets: only one toilet for all users of the site. Please note that there is no running water on the site, no tap to wash hands or fill bottles. Be sure to bring enough water. Bottles are available for sale at the snack bar. Participants declare that they are in good health and have no contraindications to participating in the activities they have booked.
Children’s Participation
Children under 6 years old and/or shorter than 1.10m must be accompanied by an adult on the tree course. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the site, at a minimum ratio of 1 adult for every 8 minors under 18. Adult supervision is advised for all minor participants.
Deposit and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, a deposit (around 30% of the total cost) is required to confirm the reservation and/or to cover any costs related to food purchases (Birthday Snacks or Apéro'Party). The deposit made by bank transfer will be deducted from the total cost at the time of the final payment. Payments made by bank transfer are non-refundable. Deposits made by cheque will not be cashed before the day of the activity. The cheque can be returned on the day of the activity in exchange for another form of payment (Credit Card, ANCV Cheques, or Cash). If paying by invoice, the remaining balance must be paid within 2 months following the invoice date. A 10% late fee will apply per month of delay.
Cancellation by Participants
The final number of participants must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the activity. After this period, the number of participants specified at the time of booking will be invoiced, along with any associated costs (Birthday Snacks, Apéro’Party, etc.).
Cancellation, whether total or partial, by the client does not entitle to a refund of the deposit. However, the deposit may be exchanged for a voucher of the same amount for a postponement of the activity within the current year, provided the reserved activity does not include food purchases (Birthday Snacks or Apéro'Party).
Any participant who, after completing the first 3 activities in the first loop, feels physically or mentally unable to correctly perform the manipulations, must discontinue the course. The activity will then be refunded.
In case of bad weather, which is not considered a force majeure event (moderate rain, snow, or wind), reservations and payments will not be refunded as long as the activity can still be carried out by Altus. It may be possible to reschedule the booking if Acro Aventures Talloires is notified before the scheduled date and time.
